La Forme is hosting two Instructor Training Preview Sessions on Friday, July 10th from 4:30 to 5:15pm and Sunday, July 19th from 12:15-1:30pm at our Des Peres studio. This is an open invitation for movement professionals and passionate reformer practitioners who want to learn more about what it means to teach at La Forme. If you’ve been curious about instructor training - or if you already know this is your path - this is where it starts.

La Forme’s instructor training is designed for dedicated movers who are ready to lead, not just perform. Our method is methodical, intentional, and rooted in the biomechanics of the modern reformer. We’re looking for people who show up with curiosity, precision, and a genuine commitment to the member experience. Teaching at La Forme is not just a job - it’s a role in a community that takes movement seriously.

At the open house, you’ll meet the La Forme team, get a first look at the training program structure, and hear directly from our instructors about what building a career in modern reformer Pilates in St. Louis actually looks like.
