Show up. Change everything.
We empower you to shape your body, strengthen your mind, and move through the world differently.
La Forme’s Origin
Hi, I'm Erin! I first fell in love with mega-style reformer workouts as a twenty-something living in Los Angeles. It wasn't until returning to this workout years later - this time as a parent and leading a global operations team for a Fortune 500 company - that I truly understood why I needed this workout in my life. Also … Google “Pilates body” and you’ll absolutely understand what we mean!
La Forme merges my passion for fitness with 15+ years of building exceptional teams and client experiences. We are creating more than a studio. We’re building a community where strength meets support. Where the transformations we create extend beyond the studio walls. Welcome to fitness, reformed.
Community is the heartbeat of everything we do. When you walk through our doors, you're joining like-minded people who lift each other up, celebrate together, and make the hard stuff fun. We believe the journey to feeling your best should be joyful and that the connections you build here create ripples that extend far beyond our studio walls.
Commitment means showing up for your goals, for your growth, and for yourself. It's refusing to quit when things get hard, and choosing to put yourself first (how often do you do that?). We honor that choice by making every minute count when you step into our studio. There's never going to be a perfect time. The time is now, and we're here for it.
