La Forme wants to hear from you - and we’re making it worth your while. Our member survey is open from July 6 to July 19, and every completed response is an automatic entry into our drawing on July 20. This is your chance to shape what La Forme looks and feels like, and to win something meaningful in the process.
Three prize tiers are up for grabs:
One (1) grand prize winner gets a private La Forme class for their eleven closest (or most brave!) friends
Two (2) winners receive 1:1 or semi-private sessions
