This La Forme x Inspire Wellness event pairs our signature modern reformer Pilates experience with the opportunity to connect with Christy, founder of Inspire Wellness, and explore her thoughtfully sourced collagen peptide products. Designed to support joint health, recovery, skin, and overall vitality, collagen can play a meaningful role in how you feel both inside and outside the studio - especially for active bodies.

Christy will be available in the studio to answer questions, share education on supplementation, and offer complimentary samples for La Forme members. A curated selection of Inspire Wellness products will also be available for purchase, making it easy to try something new or restock a favorite.
