How It Works

14 or 28 class packages, or 3-Month Unlimited. Purchase online any time before June 1st.
2. Bring Your ID
Bring a current school ID, teacher badge, or staff ID to your first class. That's it.
3. Start Booking
Your pack activates the day you take your first class. Start whenever your summer starts.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who counts as a teacher or student?
K–12 teachers, college and graduate students, and full-time school staff (counselors, administrators, paraprofessionals, substitute teachers). Bring a current school ID, teacher badge, or staff ID to your first class to verify.
When does the offer end?
Available for purchase through Sunday, May 31, 2026. Once purchased, your pack or membership activates the day you take your first class or the day you select at checkout - so you can start whenever your summer actually starts.
How long do I have to use the classes?
14 Pack and 28 Pack: 90 days from activation.
3-Month Unlimited: three months of unlimited access from activation.
What's the 30-day booking window?
If you have the Unlimited, you can book classes up to 30 days in advance. Pack-holders book up to 14 days in advance. The longer window matters in summer when good time slots fill quickly.
Can I gift this to a teacher or student in my life?
Yes - and it's a beautiful one. Email hello@laformefitness.com with the recipient's name and we'll set it up. The eligibility check happens at their first class.
I'm new to La Forme. Is this a good place to start?
It is. The 14 Pack is the easiest entry - fourteen classes is enough to find your rhythm without a long commitment. Your first class will include a brief intro to the reformer if it's your first time or you can join our SaturdayFORME Foundations classes.
Can I freeze the unlimited if I travel?
Email us if you have a longer trip planned and we'll work it out. The intent is for you to get full use of the three months - life happens and summer is full of possibilities. We’ll do our best to work with you!
