As a part of our Member Experience team, you set the tone and the standards for our elevated studio experience. You are the first impression and the quiet force behind how our space feels. You remember names, notice faces, and pay attention to the details that make members feel genuinely valued and seen. You take pride in maintaining a polished lobby and pristine bathrooms, and you move independently through both hospitality moments and checklist-driven tasks with equal care. You’re confident fielding emails, DMs, and phone calls, and you handle questions with warmth and clarity. What You’ll Do
Deliver elevated, warm hospitality to every member and guest
Proactively solve problems and confidently answer questions in real time
Maintain impeccable studio standards, including cleanliness and organization
Support seamless daily operations using Google Workspace, social media, and our studio software (we provide training)
Work collaboratively with instructors and leadership to create a consistent, high-touch member experience
Identify areas where we can improve our experience - we love collaboration and value new perspectives and ideas
What You Bring
Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
1+ year of experience in a premium customer service environment
(boutique fitness, retail, hospitality, or luxury service preferred);Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and calmly
A team-first mindset with pride in maintaining a clean, polished environment
Comfort working in an energetic setting with music and movement happening around you
Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
(studio operates on reduced hours during major holidays)Ability to occasionally lift and move items up to 30 lbs
Legal authorization to work in the United States
