Terms for Private Events

Booking & Deposit

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your event date. Your date is held once the deposit is received.

  • This deposit is applied toward your total event balance (this is your class spot as the host).

  • The deposit is forfeited upon cancellation for any reason.

Pricing & Guest Count

  • Private events are $50 per person with a minimum of 10 guests required.

  • If attendance falls below 10 guests, the host is responsible for the difference.

  • The maximum number of guests we can host for a class is 12. You are welcome to invite additional people for the post-class celebration in our lobby.

  • We are not able to refund a spot once it is booked by a guest but it can be transferred to another guest for your event.

Prepayment

  • All guests must be paid in full no later than 72 hours before the event.

  • The host is responsible for collecting and submitting guest payments by this deadline.

  • Events with outstanding balances at the 72-hour mark are subject to cancellation or rescheduling.

Age Requirements

  • The host is responsible for verifying guest ages prior to arrival.

  • Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian or adult.

Food & Beverage

  • Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages and pre-approved food items. All outside food and beverages must be approved by La Forme at least 72 hours in advance.

  • La Forme is a fitness studio and does not provide serving ware of any kind. The host is responsible for all cups, plates, utensils, and supplies needed.

  • All food, beverages, and personal items must be cleaned up and removed by the host at the close of the event.

Timeliness & Overtime

  • Out of respect for our team and other studio commitments, all events must begin and end on time.

  • The host will be charged $50 for every 15 minutes the event runs beyond the scheduled end time.

Liability & Waivers

  • All guests participating in class must sign a La Forme liability waiver prior to the event. The waivers are completed at the time of enrollment in a class (online).

  • The host assumes responsibility for the conduct of all guests.

  • Any damage to studio property or equipment will be assessed and billed to the host.
