La Forme After Dark returns Friday, September 25 at our Des Peres studio with two 50-minute classes, 5:00pm and 6:30pm, each with its own registration. This month's theme is Anything But Athletic Wear, so the dress code is the opposite of what you normally reach for, and there are prizes for the best fit in the room.

After Dark is our signature class on the reformer when the lights go low and the studio becomes something else entirely. A DJ takes over the sound - Get Lo Discos is back! - the chromotherapy lights invite you in, and the room caps at 12, so it is you and eleven new friends asking each other whether that final challenge was real. Each After Dark has its own theme, so no two are alike.

This is what we mean when we say a studio should be more than a place you book a class. Come as you are, or come as someone slightly more fun than you are. Bring a friend or two, plan to linger, and expect the lobby to be worth staying for. 18+, $15 for members and $45 for non-members. Bring water and grip socks.
