La Forme x 3 Bears Granola takes over the studio on Saturday, November 7, from 8am to 12pm. Finish your modern reformer Pilates class, then sample the full lineup of small-batch granola made with real, recognizable ingredients. It’s fuel that fits the way our members move: before a long run, after a session on the mega and everywhere in between.
3 Bears Granola was founded by Laura Dunlop, a St. Louis mom of three, Pilates instructor and competitive runner who started baking in her own kitchen when she couldn’t find a store-bought granola that kept her family full. Today it’s a local, woman-owned business built on one belief: real food should fuel the things that matter most. Every batch is handcrafted with gluten-free oats, extra-virgin olive oil and pure maple syrup, with no seed oils and no mystery flavors.
Laura is bringing samples of all four signature flavors: Original, with pistachios, pumpkin seeds, coconut chips and goji berries; Chocolate Cherry, with dark chocolate, tart cherries, cashews and pecans; Cranberry Walnut, with pumpkin seeds, flax and cinnamon; and Nut Free, a blend of puffed amaranth, quinoa, coconut chips, dried blueberries and lemon. Find your favorite, then shop bags to take home. Small bags are $8 to $10 and large bags are $16 to $20, perfect over yogurt or tucked into your studio bag.
Come for Pilates and stay for the granola. Reserve your reformer at laformepilates.com/schedule and plan to linger after class.
